Account and data deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of a BiFlexio Hub account and the associated personal data, in line with the GDPR and app-store requirements. The request concerns an administrative or authorized staff account used for SC Personal Training, operated by Carino Simone as an independent professional and sole proprietor, VAT no. 06463880655. Client data may require additional checks because they belong to the sports and administrative relationship managed by the controller.
How to submit a request
You can start the request from the Privacy and security screen in the app, or by writing from the email address linked to the account. To protect SC Personal Training and other users, we may need to verify your identity or your authority to operate on behalf of SC Personal Training.
Request deletionAdministrator accounts and active activity
If the account is the only administrator of the active activity, immediate deletion could affect client data or service continuity. Before removal, it may be necessary to:
- transfer management to another authorized administrator, if any;
- close or export data needed by SC Personal Training;
- verify accounting, contractual or security obligations;
- handle any pending requests from clients.
Data deleted or anonymized
After verification, personal data linked to the account, active sessions, preferences and no-longer-needed references are deleted or anonymized. Data relating to SC Personal Training, clients, audits or completed operations may be retained when required for legal obligations, security, administrative continuity, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Processing times
Requests are normally handled within a reasonable period and, in any event, within the timeframes required by the GDPR. If the request is complex or involves active client records, more time may be needed; in that case an update will be provided.
Withdrawal and restriction
If you do not want to delete the whole account, you may request rectification, restriction of processing or withdrawal of specific consents, where applicable. Carino Simone / SC Personal Training, acting as controller, will assess the request under applicable law.
